About Study

In the need to find the relations between leadership, entrepreneurship for women, and specifically for women in social entrepreneurship, the group of researchers has put an effort to understand if there is such a definition, concept, differences and if there are gaps among different cultures and regions.

As a result of the identified gaps, two main research questions are proposed: “What makes a woman social entrepreneur build a productive organization?» and «What leadership styles are demonstrated by women social entrepreneurs?»

 

In order to solve our theoretical questions, we are inviting social women entrepreneurs to participate in this research in two possible ways:

1. By answering a questionnaire.

2. By participating voluntarily in an interview.

The result of the interviews will help understand and contrast what happens in relation to women social entrepreneurs in different locations around the world. With this said, we aim to open the path for research for social women entrepreneurs and give tools to understand better what is happening in the real world.
