What does my participation involve?
This Agreement of Participation on the Project Form (APPF) describes detailed information on the research project. This information will assist you in understanding the research. Before you make the decision to participate, please read this information carefully. Make note of any questions or concerns that you might have and contact the research affiliate to discuss. Participation in this research is voluntary, which means you do not have to take part in this study if you do not wish to do so. After reading this consent for, you decide to take part in the project, your next step will be to complete the survey. By completing the survey, we know that you: • Understand what you have read. • Consent to take part in the research project. This document is downloadable and can be saved to your laptop/desktop upon completion.
If you decide to take part in the research project, you will have to fulfil the eligibility criteria. You are required to be. (1) an entrepreneur or a founder or a CEO or holds a senior leadership position in an organization (2) an adult aged 18 years or older (3) identify self as a woman (4) your organization needs to be a social enterprise. Your organization needs to operate for the welfare of the society. This survey is voluntary, anonymous, confidential, and you can decide to skip questions or opt-out of the survey at your convenience. However, if you submit a partially answered questionnaire, then we will be using the data provided by you. Unless you opt for the interview, we will not be able to identify you. Download here!
